1. Denne po­li­tik om be­hand­ling af per­so­nop­lys­nin­ger (“Per­son­da­ta­po­li­tik”) be­skri­ver, hvor­le­des Dansk Islandshesteforeningen (“Virk­som­he­den”, “os”, “vores”, “vi”) ind­sam­ler og be­hand­ler op­lys­nin­ger om dig.

   • Når du be­sø­ger Hjem­mesi­den, ind­sam­ler vi au­to­ma­tisk op­lys­nin­ger om dig, fx om hvil­ken type brow­ser du bru­ger, hvil­ke sø­ge­ter­mer du bru­ger på Hjem­mesi­den, din IP-adres­se og in­for­ma­tio­ner om din com­pu­ter med hen­blik på at op­ti­me­re kon­ver­te­rin­gen på Hjem­mesi­den, for­bed­re denne og fo­re­ta­ge må­l­ret­tet mar­keds­fø­ring.
   • Når du til­mel­der dig vores nyheds­brev eller downloader materiale fra Hjemmesiden, af­gi­ver du dit ud­tryk­ke­li­ge samtyk­ke til, at vi må ind­sam­le op­lys­nin­ger om dig, fx navn, adres­se, e-mailadres­se og te­le­fon­nr.

5. Hvad er grund­la­get for ind­sam­lin­gen?
   • Ind­sam­lin­gen af op­lys­nin­ger, som nævnt i pkt. 4.1 og 4.2, er nød­ven­dig for, at vi kan va­re­ta­ge vores in­ter­es­ser i at for­bed­re funk­tio­ner på Hjem­mesi­den og op­byg­nin­gen af denne samt til­by­de dig re­le­van­te til­bud.
   • Ind­sam­lin­gen af op­lys­nin­ger, som nævnt i pkt. 4.2, er nød­ven­dig for, at vi kan op­fyl­de vores af­ta­le med dig.
   • Vi ind­sam­ler kun de i pkt. 4.2 nævn­te op­lys­nin­ger, hvis du af­gi­ver dit ud­tryk­ke­li­ge samtyk­ke her­til.

Brug af da­ta­be­hand­le­re

Vi an­ven­der ek­ster­ne virk­som­he­der til blandt andet at fo­re­ta­ge den tek­ni­ske drift af Hjem­mesi­den fx bi­står vores le­ve­ran­dø­rer os i for­bin­del­se med ud­fø­rel­se af må­l­ret­tet mar­keds­fø­ring, her­un­der til re­t­ar­ge­ting, og for­bed­ring af Hjem­mesi­den. Disse virk­som­he­der er da­ta­be­hand­le­re og under vores in­struks og be­hand­ler data, som vi er da­ta­ansvar­li­ge for. Da­ta­be­hand­ler­ne må ikke an­ven­de da­ta­e­ne til andet for­mål end op­fyl­del­se af af­ta­len med os, og er un­der­lagt for­tro­lig­hed om disse.
