Herning is a big city in the middle of Jutland, home to not only many big Icelandic horse events but also a lot of other trade fairs. So there are several different possibilities for accommodation nearby.

The closest hotel would by Hotel Herning, but there are several different hotels, BnBs and AirBnBs only a few minutes drive away.

If you would like to stay directly on the grounds of the championships, this is of course also a possibility. You can book your campingspot directly together with your tickets.
