Become an exhibitor

Would you like to sell and present your products directly to the visitors in Herning? Then become a part of our exhibition area!

General information and prices

• The exhibition area will be established, in tents, behind the sports track.
• The road leading from camping and parking and to the tracks, will be the center for all exhibitions.
  This area was chosen to ensure that our exhibitors have the best conditions for sales and exposure to the championships.
• There will be Wi-Fi in the exhibition area. The Wi-Fi has lower bandwidth and will not be suited for streaming.
• It is required that all electrical appliances are grounded.
• If you have a refrigerator, coffee machine, or anything else that uses extra power, we need to know.
• We expect that the exhibition area is open from 10.00 to the end for the competitions each day. (18-20.00)
• It is not allowed to sell or distribute food from the exhibits.
• We can help you find the right tent for your exhibition.
• Partout tickets for people working in the shop are included in the price.

Prices:

• Standard price for exhibition – 75 Dkr pr m2 +VAT
• Standard 220 power max. 2,000-watt consumption. – 1600 DKK. +VAT
• Tent rental incl up/down, floor and light – 6200-12.000 DKK. +VAT

The vest tribune holds many great possibilities for exposure with banners in different sizes.

We can offer at variety of solutions with banners in all sizes, at the spectator area.
We happy to help you finding the perfect spot for your company at the event.

Goodie bags
Our goodie bag concept gives you the possibility to distribute your products to all the national
teams. The goodie bag is handed out during rider registration. If you like to dispute a product, though the goodie bags, please contact us.

Access wristband
Get your company name on the spectator access wristband for The Nordic Championships.

Logo will remain on the website until the end of 2024.

Logo or still´s on information screens/streaming during breaks – 2500 DKK + VAT
Logo can be displayed in the form of Stinger/Bumper Ads. Logo will appear in short sequences along with other logos. File format: 1920 x 1080 px Jpg or .png file. 72 dpi.

Video on information screen/streaming during breaks – 7000 DKK + VAT
Video will be shown as PreRolls or PostRolls during breaks. Video sequences should be a maximum of 30 seconds – for other arrangements please contact us. Video format: 1920x1080p, 25 or 50 fp
